Description
Fender washers have a much larger outside diameter than standard washers allowing the load to be spread evenly over a larger area. Spreading the weight load over a larger area allows fender washers to be used on softer metals. Usually they are most often used in the automotive and other sheet metal industries, however many carpenters will use them on wood surfaces as well. The first dimension given is the size of bolt that can be used and the second dimension is the outside diameter of this washer. Each package contains 25 fender washers.
