This is a left-hand diecast cable drum used on torsion spring doors that spools lifting cables as door operates. Accepts cables up to 1/8 in. in diameter; maximum weight load, per drum, is 265 lbs. Color coded cable drums are left and right-handed, and must be installed properly.
