These are clear plastic retainer clips, constructed from mold injected plastic. They are used to hold window screens to sliding window frames. Typically they are used in Western Canada. - Latches are constructed of clear plastic to prevent rusting when used where high humidity and moisture content are present stamped with a 523 on the housing
